Reference Number 0000382103 Pitkin County is soliciting proposals from interested and qualified vendors for removal and replacement of the existing retaining wall at the Airport Operations Center located at 1001 Owl Creek Road, Aspen, CO. Retaining wall removal and replacement on the east side of Owl Creek Road along the Aspen Airport property, in Aspen, CO. All work must conform to the attached Technical Specification ("Attachment A") and Construction Plans ("Attachment B"). The scope of this project does not include electrical relocation and subsequent installation. However, Contractor will be required to work with the County's electrical contractor. This Request for Proposals (RFP) is being issued to solicit proposals from contractors who are interested and qualified to provide construction and auxiliary services in the dismantling and reconstruction of a retaining wall located at the Airport Operations Center at 1001 Owl Creek Road, Aspen, CO 81611. Pitkin County, which owns and operates the Aspen/Pitkin County Airport, will accept and review Proposals from interested and qualified proposers and will select the most suitable and beneficial proposer to provide the requested services for the Airport based on the selection criteria and requirements listed herein.
