Pitkin County and their Design Team are developing the final scope of work, drawings and specifications for improvements within the existing floorplan of the jail; as of the issuance of this RFP, the included drawings are estimated to be 40% of complete for construction. Updated drawings may be provided if they become available prior to the closing date of this RFP, however, the 40% drawings have been included to provide interested parties with general design and, as requested, a foundation to provide an initial or estimated GMP for the Project Team's evaluation.
