Site work and paving for a civil project in Olympia, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
This project provides for stormwater improvement on the east end of Union avenue adjacent to Boulevard Road and will include roadway excavation, grading, trench and storm excavation, and asphalt paving, all in accordance with the Contract Documents. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The Engineer's Probable Opinion of Cost ranges from $120,000 to $140,000. All bids must be submitted on the forms furnished for that purpose, and each proposal must be accompanied by bid bond, or certified check made payable to the City of Olympia, in an amount of not less than (5) percent of the total bid amount.
