The contractor shall replace the Intrusion Detection System at the Olympia Forestry Sciences Laboratory (OFSL) in accordance with the specifications outlined in Attachment 01 - Statement of Work. The work includes removal of the existing system and installation of a new alarm system as detailed in Attachment 02 - Alarm Drawings. All labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to complete the replacement must be provided by the contractor. Compliance with the applicable wage rates specified in Attachment 03 - Wage Determination is required. Quotes must be submitted by September 11, 2025, at 3:00 PM Pacific Time, and all questions must be submitted in writing by September 8, 2025, at 1:00 PM Pacific Time.
