The planned modifications will divert stormwater away from the existing wet pond and enhance metals treatment through the installation of a media filtration treatment facility. The Contractor is responsible for reviewing existing site conditions and incorporating all necessary elements into their bid. The scope of work may include, but is not limited to, the following components: 1. Demolition 2. Temporary Erosion and Sediment Control 3. Stormwater Plan & Profile 4. Media Filtration Facility Installation 5. Cement Concrete Pad 6. Trench Restoration Paving The Port reserves the right, without obligation, to modify or remove items from the scope of work. Disadvantaged, Minority, and Women's Business Enterprises are encouraged to respond. An Engineer's Estimate range for this project is $700,000 to $900,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Each bid must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond in an amount equal to five (5) percent of the Total Bid. The Port of Olympia reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive technicalities or irregularities and to accept any bid if such action is believed to be for the best interest of the Port.
