The Washington State Department of Enterprise Services (Enterprise Services) is conducting a competitive procurement to award Statewide Contracts by geographic region for main awards, and by county for reserved awards. for eligible purchasers to acquire contracted services. Through the Statewide Contracts established by this solicitation, Washington state agencies and other eligible purchasers may obtain contracted services. For preventive Generator maintenance Services. Preventative Maintenance is pre-planned, periodic, on-site inspections and testing of Emergency Service Generator Systems and their components. Preventative Maintenance includes all adjustments or parts replacements required to keep Generators in proper working order consistent with the original manufacturer's specifications and recommendations. Contractor shall work with Purchaser to develop and schedule regular intervals for such Preventive Maintenance service. Non-scheduled Services & Repairs. Non-Scheduled Services & Repairs are defined as on-site, unscheduled maintenance and/or repairs of Emergency Service Generator Systems equipment which is not operating properly as designed and requires immediate repair or services to keep it in proper working order consistent with the original manufacturer's specifications and recommendations.
