Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Olympia, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and road / highway.
This Contract provides for the construction of 147 bus stop pads located at various sites throughout the City of Olympia, City of Lacey, City of Tumwater, City of Yelm, and Thurston County. This project consists of, but is not limited to, excavation and removal of items, installation of curb and gutter, sidewalk, concrete bus stop pads, traffic control, erosion control measures, construction survey, and all other work, all in accordance with the Contract plans, Contract provisions, and Standard Specifications. The Engineer's Estimate is $2,800,000 to $3,500,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
