Renovation of a residential development in Woonsocket, Rhode Island. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
The Housing Authority of the City of Pawtucket is soliciting quotes for the purchase and installation of 123 refrigerators to replace the ones at the end of their useful life at Kennedy Manor. Scope of Work Remove and dispose of existing refrigerators (123) Furnish and install new refrigerators (123) per the unit schedule provided by the PHA - Frigidaire 14 Cu. Ft. Top Freezer Refrigerator - FFHT1425VW or equivalent Color is white Contractor to supply all permits, State or City, if needed to the PHA. Contractors will remove and dispose of all debris and trash from the site daily. Contractor must use Davis Bacon Wage Building - General Decision Number: RI20250001 Mod 9. Certified Payroll required at time of invoice and must be mailed. Send Certified payroll via US Mail to Kennedy Manor, 175 Broad St., Pawtucket, RI 02860, Attention Alissa Stipa Certificate of Insurance needs to be submitted with proposal. Please incorporate Scope into your proposal. The hours of work are 7:00am - 3:30PM Monday through Friday (excluding Holidays). Contact Alissa Stipa for job site access.
