Renovation of an office development in Asheville, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a office development.
Description of Work: This project involves the removal, and modernization of the first floor currently active 30 year old commercial air handler unit (AHU) with an equivalent more energy-efficient unit to improve HVAC performance, reliability, and compliance with current codes and standards. The primary goal of this project is to replace the outdated/ malfunctioning unit with an equivalent modernized more efficient unit while ensuring minimal disruption to the building operations during replacement. The City of Asheville reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities. Estimated Construction Start Monday, May 25, 2026
