Project Description: The project consists of a city-wide wastewater upgrade including replacing 3 lift stations,removing and replacing 80 manholes, repairing 89 manholes (lining, repairing chimney/ring, etc.), and the removaland replacement of approximately 1670 linear feet of terracotta gravity sewer lines. The project will includetemporary bypassing/pumping of areas under construction to maintain full operation of the system. This project is grant funded with an approximate budget of $6.97 million in construction costs remaining. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. This Bid and the award hereof are also subject to all provisions ofthe Purchasing Policy of the City of Wewahitchka. To the extent of any conflict between these documents and theCity's Purchasing Policy, the provisions of the City's Purchasing Policy will control. Completion date for this project will be 240 days (Substantial Completion) and 270 days (Final Completion) fromthe date of the Notice to Proceed presented to the successful bidder.
