Question Deadline 02/12/2026- All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. The project consists of a city-wide stormwater upgrade including replacing curb and drainage inlets throughout the city, replacing approximately 2600 linear feet of stormwater pipes, sidewalk replacement, paving, intersection reconstruction, and ditch regrading including right of way improvements Completion date for this project will be 150 days (Substantial Completion) and 180 days (Final Completion) from the date of the Notice to Proceed presented to the successful bidder. Liquidated damages for failure to complete the project on the specified date will be set at $500.00 per day. The City of Wewahitchka reserves the right to waive informalities in any bid, to accept and/or reject any or all bids, and to accept the bid that, in their judgement, will be in the best interest to the City of Wewahitchka. Document Acquisition Notes : Electronic or printed copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office,during the hours indicated above. To get on the bidders lists, there will be a $100 deposit, checks for Bidding Documents shall be payable to Southeastern Consulting Engineers, Inc. Upon request and receipt of the document deposit indicated above plus a non refundable shipping charge, the Issuing Office will transmit the Bidding Documents via delivery service or via email.
