Site work and new construction of a civil project in Wewahitchka, Florida. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
A. Furnish all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals required to design, install and remove formwork for cast-in-place concrete complete as shown on the Drawings and specified herein. B. Secure to forms as required or set for embedment as required, all miscellaneous metal items, sleeves, reglets, anchor bolts, inserts and other items furnished under other Sections and required to be cast into concrete, or approved in advance by the Engineer. This project includes an iron removal system, ground storage tank, backwash tank, sodium hypochlorite system, high service distribution pumps, electrical building, and site work for a new water treatment plant in Gulf County, FL. Completion date for this project will be 210 days from the Notice to Proceed presented to the successful bidder. Liquidated damages for failure to complete the project on the specified date will be set at $3,819.00 per day. All questions must be submitted to Clay Smallwood, P.E. at csmallwood@gulfcounty-fl.gov. The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to waive informalities in any bid, to accept and/or reject any or all bids, and to accept the bid that in their judgment will be in the best interest of Gulf County.
