The project includes the construction of one (1) prestressed concrete boat ramp, concrete approach slab, fixed timber dock, aluminum gangway and floating dock located at 8090 Doc Whitfield Road in Gulf County, FL. Completion date for this project will be 90 days from the date of the Notice to Proceed presented to the successful bidder. Liquidated damages for failure to complete the project on the specified date will be $500.00 per day. All bids shall remain firm for a period ofsixty days after the opening. All bidders shall comply with all applicable State and local laws concerning licensing registration and regulation of contractors doing business to the State of Florida. The bid must conform to Section 287.133(3) Florida Statutes, on public entity crimes. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than five days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
