Replacement of approximately 12,000 square feet of existing sidewalk along West Main St. and North Liberty St. (alternate) and replacement of fifteen (15) existing street signs with decorative posts, signs, and appurtenances. In submitting Proposals for the planned work, the Bidder shall declare that only persons or parties interested in the proposed work as Principals are those contained in the Proposal; and that the Proposal is made without collusion with any other person, firm or corporation.
