Renovation of an educational facility in Mankato, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Minnesota State is requesting bids to assist in replacing their tray return system within the dish room of the University Dining Center. 48000000 Service Industry Machinery and Equipment and Supplies Vendor to provide the following equipment by Aerowerks or comparable: Rotary Dishware Accumulator System with the following features and requirements: o Stainless steel sight and sound baffle, c/w LED tube light. o Rotary dishware accumulator of size and shape to fit into current space (field verification and shop drawings for owner approval are required once bid is awarded), includes 36 carriers 3 tier type, 108 dish capacities, c/w electrical control panel, anti-jam switches and single point connection in field. o Soiled dish table, c/w waste trough, magnetic silver saver, perforated s/s ledges, end gusher, remote start/stop station for mesh belt conveyor and (4) plate rinse stations with hip actuators. o 12" Mesh blet accumulation conveyor, c/w accumulation photo sensor, removable stainless-steel skirting, and anti-jam switch. o (1) Hose clean up station. o (2) Mobile soak sinks (existing stainless steel window frame and sill to be reused). o New equipment must match location's current specifications for electrical, gas lines, plumbing/drains, and venting. o 2-year parts and labor warranty. o Freight included in bid. Vendor to provide the following services: o Removal and disposal of existing conveyor and table line. o Receive, uncrate, and install new equipment. o Sub-electrical, run new lines from existing panel to new equipment and update any electrical needed by code. o Sub-plumber, update plumbing lines needed for new table and bring all plumbing up to code for new table. o Final hookups. o Test unit when complete to verify equipment is working properly upon completion of installation. o Removal of packaging materials and rubbish. Question Deadline 09/23/2025 at 2:00 PM CT Thursday, September 25, 2025 Deadline to publish responses to RFB questions December 15, 2025 - January, 9, 2026 Installation timeframe Minnesota State desires to enter into a contract with the successful Respondent(s) effective October 10, 2025 or on the date the last recognized signature is obtained, whichever occurs later. The length of such contract(s) will be twenty-four (24) months. If Minnesota State and Respondent are unable to negotiate and sign a contract by October 10, 2025 then Minnesota State reserves the right to seek an alternative Respondent(s). The University reserves the right to accept or reject any or all RFPs, bids, or their parts, and to waive informalities therein.
