The Minnesota State Board of Trustees, on behalf of Minnesota State University, Mankato, hereafter referred to as the "Owner", is soliciting proposals from interested, qualified consultants, and intends to retain a professional consulting firm, hereinafter referred to as the "Consultant", to develop a new Comprehensive Housing Master Plan, hereinafter referred to as the "CHMP". This RFP is undertaken by Minnesota State University, Mankato pursuant to the authority contained in provisions of Minnesota Statutes 136F.581 and other applicable laws. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to evaluate and select a consultant to assist the Owner in developing a Comprehensive Housing Master Plan that aligns with the University's broader campus master plan. The goal is to assess current housing infrastructure, identify opportunities for renovation or expansion, and provide a strategic roadmap for future student housing that supports the academic mission and enhances student life and the student experience living on campus. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
