This Request for Proposals ("RFP") is an invitation by Service New Brunswick ("SNB") to prospective Proponents to submit proposals for the provision of Snow Removal and Ice Management services at the Upper River Valley Hospital located at 11300 Route 130, Waterville, Carleton County, N.B., E7P 0A4, as further described in Part 2 - The Deliverables (the "Deliverables"). Scope of Work Snow removal and salting for a 24/7 hospital facility. Coverage includes: All main/interconnecting roads Ambulance/emergency/MRI/staff/visitor/service/Extra Mural parking lots Walkways, steps, and canopied areas Walkway and canopied area total: 11,600 sq. ft JetBlue Ice Salt or equivalent required for walkways Supplementary work (e.g., snowbank cutting, hauling, post-season cleanup) may be requested by Site Manager.
