Furnishing and installing approximately 7,600 linear feet of 12" PVC waterline pipe and 465 linear feet of 14" HDPE waterline pipe There will be no pre-bid conference for this project. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids in accordance with Title 38 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes. Document Note: In accordance with La. R.S. 38:2212 A (1) (e), deposits on the first set of documents furnished bona fide prime bidders will be fully refunded upon return of the documents, deposits on any additional sets will be refunded less the actual cost of reproduction. Refunds will be made upon return of the documents unmarked and in good condition if within ten days after receipt of bids. Question Deadline 10/09/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than five days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Location The work is located along LA Hwy 182 from the intersection with Centerville Bridge Road proceeding east to the intersection with Senette Street, then proceeding south along Senette Street to the intersection with LA Hwy 317. The work then continues south along the west side of LA Hwy 317 and terminates at the US Hwy 90 interchange near the community of Centerville, St. Mary Parish, Louisiana.
