Roof Replacement for Bays Mountain Park & Planetarium Nature Center - Kingsport, Tn Summary Project Description: The project consists of the removal of existing roofing materials and rooftop mounted equipment; structural repairs to existing decking and exterior beams; refinishing of exposed fascia, beams, and decking; the installation of a new asphalt shingle roofing system to include all underlayments and flashings; and the reinstallation of salvaged rooftop mounted equipment.
