Massachusetts Development Finance Agency("MassDevelopment" or "Owner"), a Massachusetts body politic and corporate establishedand existing under Chapter 23G of the Massachusetts General Laws, having its principalplace of business at 99 High Street, 11th Floor, Boston, Massachusetts 02110, is solicitingproposals from companies capable of performing Operation & Maintenance services for theDevens Water Utility system Devens Water provides water services to approximately 950residents and well over 100 commercial entities in Devens, as well as interconnectionsoutside of the enterprise zone. The selected contractor shall provide full contract operationand maintenance services, as described in the RFP and attached forms, atMassDevelopment's three (3) water treatment plants, approximately 50 miles of waterdistribution mains, two (2) 1,000,000-gallon water storage tanks and associated monitoringbuilding, distribution system piping and associated valves, and hydrants. MassDevelopment reserves the right to waive anyinformalities or to reject any or all bids. Award of the contract for the work contemplated bythe IFB may be subject to the approval of MassDevelopment Board of Directors.
