Reference Number 0000399087 The City of Jacksonville is soliciting for the procurement of Concrete Sand and Rock Materials. These materials may be picked up by City or City Sub-contracted trucks. The quantities indicated herein are estimates and are provided for informational purposes based on the anticipated usage. No maximum or minimum quantities are guaranteed. It shall be understood and agreed that the City may purchase more or less than the estimated quantities during the contract period. The City reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantities as needed. The City shall not be obligated to purchase more than its normal requirements. The City will be responsible only for items requested and received. Pricing shall be good for one (1) year. Concrete Sand 10,000 Ton ABC Rock 10,000 Ton Award Requirements - All or None Award The Jacksonville City Council reserves the right to waive any informalities, to reject any or all Bids, and to accept that quote or Bids which appear to be in the Owner's best interest.
