In general terms, the Project includes the following: As set forth in the Project Bid Documents, the proposed work consists of the Construction of a public plaza with custom water features, lighting, and enhanced paving to improve pedestrian experience and arena access. To include demolition, grading, concrete flatwork, and landscape. A new two-story Round Bar/Kitchen, approximately 3,200 sq ft across the upper and lower levels of plaza. This includes food storage, preparation space, a commercial bar, and utility/support spaces. A new one-story Wine Bar/Kitchen, approximately 2,800 sq ft. This includes food storage, preparation space, a commercial bar, and utility/support spaces. Information entered is viewable only to bidder and may be saved, changed, or withdrawn up until the deadline. Upon selection and notification of award, contractor will be required to submit a Payment Bond and a Performance Bond each for 100% of the total bid amount. Insurance limits are non-negotiable, and awardee will need to provide certification as specified in Bid Documents. Cash, cashier's or certified check may be submitted in lieu of a bid bond.
