Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Ola, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Any bid received after the closing time will be returned unopened.Bids will be required to be as follows:A. One lump sum bid to provide and install select building upgrades including exterior window glass replacement for 141 insulated glass panels, concrete sidewalk and curb replacement, steel column repair, new French drain,two door replacements, concrete dumpster enclosure demolition and, new gutters and downspouts on two buildings. All Bidders are required to visit the project sites prior to submitting a bid and verify their site visit with the Housing Authority. All bids must be submitted on forms included in the specifications, submitted in duplicate and in a sealed envelope plainly marked to show the name and address of the bidder, contract job number, and date and time of bid opening. Bidders are required to have an Arkansas Contractor's License in accordance with Arkansas State Statute 71-701 et seq. Each bid submitted must contain the following items:1. Bid Form, signed by Bidder;2. A Bid Guarantee in an amount equal to five (5) percent of the bid. The Bid Guarantee can bein the form of a certified check made payable to the PHA; a U.S.Government Bond endorsed to the PHA; or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder;3. A fully executed "Non-Collusive Affidavit";4. A fully executed "Representations, Certifications, and Other Statements of Bidders", formHUD-5369A;5. A "Previous Participation Certificate", HUD-2530 (per HUD5368A, Section 12); and The successful Bidder shall be required to furnish an Arkansas Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of 100 percent of the Contract Bid for contracts that exceed $20,000.00, in accordance to Arkansas State Statute18-44-503. The PHA reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days subsequent to the opening of bids without the consent of the PHA.
