Provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and transportation necessary to replace the HVAC system in Building 1, Room P104 at the USDA Agricultural Research Service (ARS) facility in Athens, Georgia. Work must be performed in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW), drawings, specifications, and all terms and conditions outlined in the solicitation. The contractor is responsible for managing the total work effort, including planning, scheduling, quality control, and compliance with OSHA standards and environmental regulations. All materials and equipment must be new and of high quality, and any substitutions must be approved by the Contracting Officer. The contractor must coordinate with other contractors on site, submit required documentation such as shop drawings, as-built drawings, and operations and maintenance manuals, and comply with bonding and insurance requirements. Final inspection and acceptance will be conducted by the Contracting Officer upon completion of all work and submission of required deliverables.
