Administration Building Chiller Replacement The primary purpose of this RFP is to secure a qualified contractor to perform the replacement of the chiller The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the complete removal of the existing chiller, installation of new equipment, and all associated mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work necessary for a fully functional system. Include the following features: Minimum of 4 scroll compressors with at least one digital compressor Crankcase heaters Insulated evaporator with electric heater cable for freeze protection Control panel interface must provide alarm signals to exisiting building automation system Replace existing chilled water pumps Remove and dispose of existing chiller Contractor to verify that exisitng electrical service meets the requirements of the new chiller Contractor to supply 1 year parts and labor warranty Contractor to provide equipment submittals, and receive approvals from AHA beffore ordering equipment. Contrator to provide complete test and balance of entire chiller water system.
