The work to be done consists of furnishing all materials, labor, tools, skills, equipment, shop drawings, samples and incidentals for the successful completion of the aforementioned project. All items in this Equipment package are considered Sole Brand. General Project Information: The West Campus Dining, Learning, and Wellness Center project is designed to support and enhance the dining, learning, and wellness needs of the approximately 5,000 first-year and upper-class students housed in ten residence halls within the West Campus Precinct of the University campus. The proposed 68,000-square-foot facility will be strategically located at the intersection of East Cloverhurst Avenue and University Court, on a portion of the surface parking lot W11. It will serve as a central hub for students, conveniently situated along their daily paths to and from classes andactivities All questions regarding bid documents shall be sent to the same email address.
