This Request for Proposals (the 'RFP') is an invitation by the Province of Nova Scotia (the 'Province') to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of Snow Removal and Ice Control Services for Three (3) Pictou County Sites to the Department of Public Works (DPW) as further described in the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the 'Deliverables'). This RFP is being conducted pursuant to the Public Procurement Policy and Procurement Manual. DPW requires snow removal and ice control services (winter maintenance) for the following properties:1. Northeast Nova Scotia Correctional Facility, 10202 Sherbrook Road, Priestville2. Museum of Industry, 147 North Foord Street, Stellarton 3. Pictou Courthouse, 69 Water Street, Pictou The intent of this RFP is to award three (3) separate contracts; one contract per site.
