Site work for an educational facility in Fort Riley, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility.
Amendment Purpose: Modifications at Spring Valley - Please see the attached modified exhibit 1 a) All fence to be galvanized. b) Connect to existing fence at Northeast corner in lieu of having an additional 18 North of existing. c) Swing gates to be installed at both drive locations vs. one. Modification at Sietz - Please see the attached modified exhibit 2 a) USD 475 to provide new concrete walkway at pedestrian gate vs Fencing contractor installing. Event Bid Description: Contractors are responsible for the timely delivery of bid packages to the location address shown. A postage meter mark is not sufficient evidence of mailing any bid package. Each Proposer shall submit 1 electronic copy of its proposal to karldearmond@usd475.org & jeremy@switchgrassconstructionadvisors.com. Proposals in response to this ITB received after the due date and time shall not be accepted. Hard copies of the proposal are not required per USD 475 Geary County Public Schools.
