Elevator & Lobby Addition and Pre-K Classroom Renovations at Preakness Early Childhood Center PSA Commission The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, a new lobby and office addition at the first floor with a new elevator to upgrade the handicap accessibility. In addition, eight (8) new Pre-K Classrooms with new bathrooms and HVAC upgrades to the existing classrooms. The project will also include alterations to the existing basement to include two (2) new small group instruction rooms, a teacher's lounge/cafeteria, and warming kitchen. A chairlift at the multi-purpose room lobby will be included to upgrade accessibility. Finishes will be upgraded throughout.
