The City of Cartersville (The City) is soliciting bids from all qualified water treatment chemical suppliers interested in supplying treatment chemicals for use at the Clarence B. Walker Water Treatment Plant and the James R. Stafford Water Pollution Control Plant. Requirements: 1. All drinking water treatment chemicals must be NSF 60 approved. 2. Supplier must be able to deliver chemicals to the respective treatment plant in full loads as stated on bid form within 72 hours of receipt of purchase order. 3. All prices shall be F.O.B. destination, Cartersville, Georgia. 4. The bid must be priced in the units listed on the attached chemical list. 5. The bid must be on the company letterhead with name and contact information. 6. Drinking water chemical deliveries will be made Monday-Friday from 7:30 am - 4:00 pm to: Clarence B.
