The Cartersville School System seeks qualified bids from organizations to purchase and install 75" ClearTouch Interactive Panels for Cartersville Elementary School. The project includes 52 wall mount panels with Balance Box mounts connecting back to designated AV pathways in each location, specifically for Primary Age children. ClearTouch is the preferred brand for interactive panels and Balance Box for mounts and stands, but alternates may be proposed with specification sheets included. Technical specifications are detailed for inputs, outputs, audio, warranty, cabling, and mounting. All installation cabling above ceilings must be plenum rated, and a 5-year onsite warranty is required. Proposals must be submitted in two hard copies using the provided forms and include itemized pricing, warranty information, specification sheets, proof of qualifications, certificate of insurance, E-Verification number, workers compensation insurance, W-9 form, and two references for similar recent work. Proposals must also include all freight and handling costs, accounting for the lack of a loading dock and requiring a lift-gate if delivered on a pallet. Payment terms are Net 30 after installation and invoice. Vendors may submit alternative specifications for evaluation and may submit multiple independent proposals. Compliance with all relevant state and federal laws, specifically Georgia security and immigration requirements, is mandatory.
