Renovation of a service station / car wash facility in Gatineau, Quebec. Completed plans call for the renovation of a service station / car wash facility.
Work of this Contract comprises the installation of an Electric Vehicle Charging Station complete located in garage level 2 of Portage III with all the required accessories and infrastructure for its power requirements and includes the provision of all labour, materials, equipment and services required for a complete project as indicated on the drawings and specifications issued for tender by GWAL. (a) Bids Submitted at $100,000 or Greater Shall Include the Following by the Closing Date and Time: I. A Bid Bond in a Commercially Reasonable Form or an Irrevocable Standby Letter of Credit Issued by a Financial Institution Authorized to Conduct Business in Canada as a Schedule I or Schedule Ii Chartered Bank in the Amount of at Least 10% of the Bid Price and That Shall Be in Effect Until Forty-five (45) Calendar Days Following Closing Date. Ii. A Surety' Consent Indicating That, in Accordance With Section 5.18.1. Of This Itt, the Surety Company Will Furnish the Contract Security Which Shall Include a 50% Performance Bond and a 50% Labour and Materials Payment Bond of the Bid Price or a Consent From the Schedule I or Schedule Ii Chartered Bank That an Irrevocable Standby Letter of Credit in the Amount of 50% of the Bid Price Will Be Furnished.
