Renovation of the Guy-Sanche library and of construction of a two-floor addition. TIMELINE: The project owner has announced the architectural firms advancing to the next phase of the competition. The selected firms are: - Atelier Oslo / Lupien Matteau Inc. (Norway and Quebec); - COEX+PéA (Quebec); - Cobe A/S (Denmark and Quebec); - Pelletier de Fontenay (Quebec); - Épigraphe Architectes (Quebec); - TBA (Quebec). The firms selected for the participation in the second competition phase will have until February 5, 2026 to submit their spatial strategy and architectural proposals. Three teams will then be selected for the final phase of the competition. Further update upon selection of candidates for the final competition phase.
