Renovation of the Guy-Sanche library and of construction of a two-floor addition. TIMELINE: The project owner has announced the architectural firms advancing to the next phase of the competition. The selected firms are: - Atelier Oslo / Lupien Matteau Inc. (Norway and Quebec); - COEX+PéA (Quebec); - Cobe A/S (Denmark and Quebec); - Pelletier de Fontenay (Quebec); - Épigraphe Architectes (Quebec); - TBA (Quebec). Three teams have been selected for the final phase of the competition. A public presentation of the winning project is scheduled before the full council on June 23, with adoption expected on July 7, 2026. Further update in summer, 2026.
