Thus, the City wishes to retain the professional services of a firm offering engineering services-specialized advice on hydrological and hydraulic modeling in order to obtain the diagnosis and possible solutions to improve the service level of the stream and stormwater management works in the watershed. The study also aims to determine the sections of the stream in transition and equilibrium as well as to delimit the area of freedom of the watercourse. This project is numbered 23-6015.
