Number: 2425-19107 Reference number: 20088756 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2025-08-27 Electronic tender submission accepted Yes, via SEAO, with a document Expected duration of the contract without options (in months) 8 A) Cleaning of all supply, return and exhaust ducts, dampers, grids (interior and exterior), system diffusers, coils, shutters, fans, louvers and any other components of the specified system. B) Remove and dispose of visible debris. C) Cleaning and degreasing of kitchen hoods and their exhaust duct. D) Plenums used as ventilation return are excluded from the contract. The CONTRACTOR must, nevertheless, clean the grids allowing air to enter the plenum. E) The ventilation grilles and diffusers are the limits of cleaning. These are included in the cleaning. In the case of kitchen hoods, the hood is the limit of cleaning but is included in the cleaning. F) Air conditioning units installed in windows, as well as ductless type wall-mounted air conditioning units are excluded from the contract. G) The ceiling type air conditioning units are included in the contract. H) The water coils for heating the entrances and gyms are included in the contract.
