The services include preparation of construction contract plan and right of way plans for 2 new crosswalks, including but not limited to ADA ramps, safety islands, warning signage and devices, and pavement markings along State Route 571 (Hayes Street). 1 location will be at the intersection of State Route 571 and North Jay Street, and 1 location will be at the intersection of State Route 571 and Stone Meadows Boulevard. Some additional 5-foot sidewalks will be needed at the Stone Meadows location. Estimated Construction Cost: $665,478.00 Prequalification Requirements for This Agreement Are Listed Below.
