Site work for a water / sewer project in Union Township, Ohio. Working plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The scope of work includes the installation of approximately 870 lineal feet of corrugated plastic storm line and 8 Type M Inlets for the Mullen Carnation Storm Sewer Project Phase 1, located in South Union Township, Fayette County, PA. Bidders are required to furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, supervision, and complete the performance of all work specified in the contract. Bids must be submitted on standard proposal forms as designated by the specifications, enclosed in sealed envelopes with the name and address of the bidder and the project name on the outside. Submissions must be accompanied by a Non-Collusion Affidavit and a bid bond or certified check for not less than ten percent (10%) of the base bid amount. All work shall adhere to the drawings and specifications on file with the Owner and K2 Engineering, Inc. Additional requirements include compliance with Local Public Contracts Law, Anti-Pollution Regulations, the Prevailing Wage Act, Public Works Employment Verification Act, Pennsylvania Construction Code Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, Equal Employment Opportunities Act, and all other relevant Federal, State, and Local Laws, Regulations, and Ordinances.
