FAY-41-15.48/FAY-CR27-2.24 PID No. 124636 Fayette County Fayette County intends to contract for environmental and engineering services from an ODOT prequalified consultant to prepare environmental studies, construction contract plans and specifications for the intersection improvements at State Route 41 and Bloomingburg New Holland Road (County Road 27). The project will change a minor road stop controlled intersection to a roundabout. Estimated Construction Cost: $5,891,401.00 Prequalification requirements for this agreement are listed below. For all prequalification Categories Other Than Financial Management System Evaluation the Requirement May be met by the prime consultant or a subconsultant. It is anticipated that the selected Consultant will be authorized to proceed by February 2026. The plans are to be completed and on file with Fayette County Engineers Office within 18 months from the date of authorization.
