Renovation of a municipal facility in Delaware, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 61,769-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility.
Please direct all Pre-Bid questions to the project site on the web service and to be given consideration, must be received at least five (5) business days prior to the date fixed for the bid opening. A Bid Guaranty must be submitted with each bid, pursuant to the requirements of O.R.C. 153.54. Bid award shall be to the lowest and best bidder as determined by Delaware County. Delaware County reserves the right to reject any and all bids, in whole or in part, to waive any defect in any or all bids. Each bid shall contain the full name and address of the bidder and all interested parties. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after being publicly opened and read. General Contractor, estimated at $8,563,668.00 Construction Phasing: 1. Work will be completed or done in (3) phases. Those phases are as listed; a. Phase 1 - Former ìBig Lotsî retail space, refer to Phasing Plan for area for description. b. Phase 2 ñ Existing Warehouse space, refer to Phasing Plan for area for description. c. Phase 3 ñ Existing Office space, refer to Phasing Plan for area for description.
