Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Delaware, Ohio. Design plans call for the construction of a one-story above grade fire / police facility; and one-story above grade fire / police facility.
The Scope of Work includes program, design, and construction of a new EMS Station and Sheriff’s Office South Substation. Services anticipated include normal structural, mechanical, and electrical engineering services in conjunction with basic architectural services, which may include planning, program development, concept design, budget estimating, detailed design development, construction documents, construction contract administration, and other associated services. The owner is seeking flexible and creative design options that are budget compliant and meet current and future needs of the organizations. The delivery method is anticipated to be General Contractor. Submissions must include one hard copy and one electronic PDF copy and must be received by the stated deadline. As of February 24, 2026, per owner, the Board approved a contract with a design team. The design will kick off first week in March 2026. No timeline has been established yet.
