The scope of work consists of the placement of 9 bores totaling 2880LF of 12" HDPE and one bore totaling 400LF of 16" HDPE with 12" HDPE sleeved inside the 16" HDPE. These Bores will include the installation of reaction blocking, Harvey Adapters, 12" x 10"Reducers, 10" certa- lok PVC, and 10" Gate Valves. ALL MATERIALS WILL BE PROVIDED. Bidders may not with draw their bids within 30 days after the date of bid opening and must provide bid bonds as required. All bidding processes shall be in accordance with state law. Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. Attention of bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and minimum wage rates to be paid under the contract.
