The contractor shall construct a new well at the Negrito Fire Base to replace the existing well system, which was deemed irreparable due to a crushed drop pipe and fallen pitless adaptor. The scope of work includes mobilization and demobilization, drilling, casing installation, surface preparation, and complete assembly of a functional water system. The new well should be located as close as feasible to the existing well and must be connected to the existing distribution system. The contractor is responsible for all labor, tools, equipment, permitting, and materials. All work must comply with applicable federal, state, and local regulations. The procurement is set aside for small businesses under NAICS code 237110, with a small business size standard of $45 million. The contract will be awarded as a firm fixed price.
