Renovation of an educational facility in Kuna, Idaho. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Kuna High School HVAC - Phase 2 . This is a Construction Management Project. Bids for separate work packages must be on the bid form enclosed in the bid documents and accompanied by a certified or cashier's check of an Idaho Bank, or bid bond, with Idaho State Licensed Surety Company as surety, in an amount not less than 5% of the total bid made payable to: Kuna School District. This security shall be forfeited by the low bidder in event of failure to sign the contract or furnish the required Payment and Performance Bond. Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of (100%) of the Contract amount will be required within (10) days after receipt of a properly prepared agreement between the Owner and the Contractor. Costs for bonds shall be included in contractorís bid amount. Contractors shall be licensed in the State of Idaho in accordance with the provisions of the Idaho Public Works Contractors' State License Law. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any informality or irregularity, and award a contract that is deemed in the best interest of the Owner.
