The work covered by this contract is essentially aimed at replacing a hot water storage tank and the preventive replacement of part of a domestic water piping system. The work includes the removal of the piping, the replacement and the following thermal insulation test them under pressure. The work completion period will take place as soon as the contract is awarded around October 20, 2025, and must be completed by February 18, 2026. Submissions must be accompanied by a bid guarantee in the amount of 10% of the total value of the submission, made to the order of the owner "Cegep de Jonquiere". This tender guarantee must be exchanged at the signing of the contract for a performance guarantee and a guarantee of the obligations for pledges, materials and services.
