Modified Design Build (MDB) for the design and construction of a new facility to meet modern standards of mess, dining and accommodations for CFB Bagotville. This new facility will include 200 accommodation rooms, 250 people capacity kitchen and dining facilities, a multi-use mess facility with shareable and dedicated space for each membership (Officers, Warrant Officer & Sergeants, and Junior Ranks), administrative areas, and associated auxiliary functions. New facility will be designed to achieve a Net Zero Carbon compliant to support climate-resilient operations. TIMELINE: This is not a bid solicitation nor a request for proposals. This is an advance notice for a potential contract with anticipated security requirements to provide interested contractors an opportunity to begin the sponsorship process for obtaining (if required) the anticipated security clearance(s). Reference Number: 0000303495. The estimated cost for the design-build services and construction is approximately $183,000,000. The solicitation is expected to be launched around November 2025. This is subject to the approval of the Department of National Defence (DND).
