Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Rome, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Scope of Work - Roughly 1202 Sq. Ft. of New Concrete Sidewalk: Excavate sidewalk area approximately 8" down from grade, removing dirt offsite Remove concrete pads in front of the 2 doorways, removing debris offsite Put down 4" of crusher run, tamped into inch lifts Form for 6" of concrete Install expansion in front of the 2 doorways Install rebar dowels into existing concrete, 1' o/c with epoxy Install mesh for reinforcement Pour 4000 PSI concrete with hand-tooled joints every 5' with a broom finish Seal concrete with 2 coats of sealer Backfill up to new concrete Clean up work area and remove all debris, materials, and equipment off the property Any questions or to set up site visit, please call Sarah Proper at 315-337-8400 ext. 5838 or email sarah.proper@nysed.gov Contract term: 1 Year
