Remove and Dispose of Sanitary Septic System Waste Service The Proposal Form shall be accompanied by a Proposal Guarantee in the form of Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or Satisfactory Bid Bond in the amount of 10% (ten percent) of the bid for one year, but not more than $20,000.00. Check or Surety Company Bid Bond shall be made payable to the City of East Orange, NJ. The successful bidder will be required to furnish and purchase order.
