The Virginia Department of Transportation (herein referred to as "VDOT") is soliciting bids from qualified firms to provide septic tank pumping service for the Hampton Harbor Tunnels (Hampton Roads Bridge Tunnel (I-64), Monitor Merrimac Memorial Bridge Tunnel (I-664). Question Deadline 09/22/2025 at 5:00 PM ET Any questions regarding this Invitation for Bids shall be addressed to Rhonda Tharrington at rhonda.tharrington@vdot.virginia.gov. The issuing office shall determine whether any addendum should be issued as a result of any questions or other matters raised.
