A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The Project Includes the Following Work: The Project Will Include the Construction of a New Sbr Plant With a Proposed Average Day Design Flow of 8.00 Mgd With a Peak Day Flow of 16.50 Mgd. The New Plant Will Be Constructed on the Existing Plant Property Around the Current Facility. The Existing Rsps, Headworks and Effluent Structures, and the Elfluent Line Will Be Rehabilitated. New Structures for the Plant Will Include a New Sequencing Batch Reactor (Sbr), Effluent Equalization Basin, Blower Building, and Ultraviolet Disinfection Structure. The New Solids Handling Improvements Will Consist of a Sludge Dewatering Building, and a Dewatered Biosolids Storage Building. The Project Will Also Include a New Administration Building With Offices, a Lab, Restrooms, and a Break Room. The Site Improvements Will Include a Site Paving, Site Lighting, New Fencing. And Remote Controlled Access Gates All Bids Shall Be Sealed and the Envelopes Addressed to Muskogee Municipal Authority, City Hall, 229 W Okmulgee Street, 3rd Floor, Muskogee, Oklahoma 74401, All Bids Shall Be Plainly Marked on the Outside of the Envelope Specifying That It is a Bid for Wastewater Treatment Plant Improvements, the Time for Opening of Bids, and the Name and Current Contractor's License Number of the Bidder. The Contractors Shall Make Such Inspections and Studies of the Site of the Work as to Familiarize Themselves With All Conditions to Be Encountered. The Check(S) or Bond(S) Shall Be Made Payable to Owner as Security That the Bidder(S) to Whom the Award(S) Are Made Will Enter Into Contract to Build the Improvements Bid Upon and Furnish the Required Bonds and Insurance. The Owner Reserves the Right to Accept Any Bid Which It Deems Most. Advantageous to the Owner, and to Reject Any or All Bids Submitted and to Hold as Many Bids as It Desires for Consideration for a Period of Ninety Days After the Bids Are Open.
