Project Title: Replace Exterior Utility Lines Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and site investigations necessary to replace exterior utility lines at the Jack C. Montgomery VA Medical Center in Muskogee, Oklahoma. The existing fire water and domestic water systems are supplied from a single loop that has degraded over time. The project requires removal and replacement of all exterior site water lines and the creation of separate fire protection and domestic water loops as specified in the design documents. Work includes installation of new fire hydrants, valves, and backflow preventers, with all lines constructed of ductile iron. The contractor must phase the installation to minimize disruption to building water and fire protection services. The project also includes decommissioning or removal of replaced lines, abatement as necessary, and restoration of grass, concrete, or pavement over the new lines.
